Construction of 12 single-family townhouses, 2 floors, types 3 and 4, with garden and swimming pool, each located on an independent plot of land.
The project was designed and implemented based on four main requirements:
• Creation of a modest but open space protected from winds;
• Generous fenestrations strategically located and open to natural light and views;
• Contemporary and sober architectural complex;
• Large balconies and terraces, privileged living and leisure areas.
