Eight hours a day, five days a week, eleven months a year. That’s how much time we spend at work. After the daily tension and pressure caused by looming deadlines, tedious tasks, and unforeseen changes, it’s vital to intentionally unwind.  Sharing moments with colleagues outside of the work environment allows for more authentic relationships and for greater empathy. It makes us kinder, more understanding, more connected, and simply happier.
