TEAM BUILDING “Discovering Carrapateira” walk Eight hours a day, five days a week, eleven months a year. That’s how much time we spend at work. After the daily tension and pressure caused by looming deadlines, tedious tasks, and unforeseen changes, it’s vital to intentionally unwind. Sharing moments with colleagues outside of the work environment allows for more authentic relationships and for greater empathy. It makes us kinder, more understanding, more connected, and simply happier. BGE is devoted to this concept and prioritizes bringing people together for that exact purpose. On May 1st, 2023, we organized “À descoberta da Carrapateira.” Colleagues from Hoopen Realty, Congelagos, and Cazulo Algarve Partners joined us on this hike to stunning regions of the Barlavento Algarvio. BURGAU SEA GARDENS Luxury apartments 32 roomy, modern and luxury apartments. VALE DA RIA Harmony and sophistication Vale da Ria is an exclusive turnkey villa project located just moments from the ocean, drawing inspiration from the nearby Ria de Alvor estuary. Set within a naturally elevated landscape, the property enjoys uninterrupted ocean views and a tranquil setting immersed in nature. The villa integrates into the hillside, following the natural slope of the terrain.
